the staff quickly took care of every request. the service in the restaurant was attentive and prompt. the room was clean and well-kept, and i liked the modern amenities, too. i found the access to the sister hotel a real plus, as it expanded available facilities.
The mini-bar was not always replenished daily. This would have been convenient.

the hotel has two pools, each including a child-friendly section. direct beach access is through a sister hotel, very close by. the gym has modern equipment, that includes several treadmills and stationary bikes.

The rooms are spacious and modern, and offered comfortable beds. high-quality linens are available. rooms include two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. These are maintained very well by housekeeping staff.

Staff provides a welcome drink upon arrival. the duty manager is always on hand, ensuring needs are met. several staff members made efforts to take care. They were always very polite and pleasant.

The changing rooms were inconveniently far from the pool. I thought they lacked platforms or lockers.

i found the superior room twin bed very neat. housekeeping kept the space super clean daily and efficiently. i specifically liked the prompt room service as i ordered snacks one afternoon and it came quickly. staff were very attentive to details.
the gym got a little crowded during peak hours.
